My journey into the world of hypnosis and mindfulness wasn't just a career choice; it was a personal calling.
I've always been fascinated by the power of the mind.
Before diving into the world of hypnotherapy, I was a teacher, where I witnessed firsthand the incredible potential of the human mind and our amazing ability to change.
But life, as it often does, took me on a detour. From facing personal traumas that led to challenges with depression and anxiety, I found myself at a crossroads.
It was during these difficult times that I was introduced to hypnosis. The experience was nothing short of transformative.
I found laughter, a gift I could not remember and the world around me took on a new, vibrant hue. My loved ones noticed the shift right away, and I felt reborn.
Blending hypnosis with the grounding principles of mindfulness, I've found a balance that keeps me grounded and grateful.
Now, I'm on a mission to share this gift with others.
