Cassidy carries and exudes love, so when she offered the Awaken program, I was immediately interested, knowing that I would have the gift of receiving her energy by participating.
I had limited experience with hypnosis and from this program, I realize the calm and peace that can come from hypnosis and also from taking moments of solitude to reflect and incorporate gratitude on a daily basis.
I will make an effort to schedule time for solitude in nature, as that previously provided me great peace and clarity. I am looking forward to revisiting the recordings from our sessions so that I can experience the hypnosis sessions again.
